At Blundstone, we stand behind the quality of our boots and offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition. If your boots aren't the perfect fit, we provide a straightforward process to ensure you find your ideal pair.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely package your boots in their original shoe box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the return label to the outside of the shipping carton and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned boots, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
